Butter Blonde is Back
Out with the Cool in with the New?
While we’re definitely NOT saying there isn’t a place for Icy Blondes. The butter blonde is making a beautiful creamy come back. Depending on your skin tone would be the blonde chosen for you, but ALL of us could use a little buttery goodness am I right?
Do you need to go all over Blonde to get these effects? No. Especially in our paler months like December-April we tend to feel drab, a lot less bright. So why not bring some brightness and warmth around your face? Compliment that contour, give that sun kissed, snow glow look a jump start with some accent pieces or an all over warmer tone.
How do we achieve these looks?
Look 1:
Our Golden Goddess, is a combo of highlights, lowlights, and a warm root color to compliment. Maintenance can be higher closer to 8-10 week touch ups BUT the root color is the only thing that needs to be touched up that often. Save some money in the budget with lower maintenance blended highlights and lowlights, only having to touch those up every few months. Doable? Totally.
Look 2:
This is for our dark haired girlies. Don’t want the maintenance of blonde but you want the warmth around your face? Add some Dark Butter Blonde babylights around the face, with some ombre accents, and you’re set. Little tone touch ups every 10-12 weeks, will keep you feeling fresh and glossy.
What we love about these colors? They require little maintenance, they have your skin tone looking glow, and make putting on makeup (or not) that much easier every day. We hope this helps you on your hair journey.
Bisous,
Nikay
